Why do this?
Doing this allows for simplicity in searching for files, ease in avilibility for querying up files for personal use, gives filesharers something too look at with awe and respect, and helps weed out duplicate files which take up needed diskspace which could go to something important.

Why should I use your format instead of my own?
You don't need to. Nobody needs to do anything, however the creator of this document notes that there isn't much of a preset format going around for shared files.

What if Theres a file format that I need thats not on here?
Send me your ideas for a predifined format and I'll add it and make revisions if need be. Everyone can get together to help out this to make P2P faster and more efficient.
